Hola!
Tegan & Matt touched down in Miami earlier today. What are we doing in Miami? Well, for one thing, meeting the other 45 volunteers in the Health and Education fields heading to our little 'Guay. Also, we are enjoying dinner and drinks on the taxpayer's dime. Thanks, everybody. (Sidenote: Miami in January: 80 degrees. Nice.)
We have already met a number of interesting fellow volunteers, including another Oregonian. We are looking forward to learning more stuff tomorrow and flying to South America tomorrow night!
We are thinking of you and carry you all with us in photo, memory, and/or the heart.
The next dispatch will be from Paraguay. Whoa, that sounds weird.
